GenAI Implementation in the NHS
Integrated Microsoft 365 Copilot across SABP, a Mental Health NHS Trust, while maintaining full compliance with NHS and GDPR requirements.
The challenge
SABP wanted to give staff access to generative AI tools to cut down on administrative work, but needed certainty that any rollout would meet strict NHS data-handling and GDPR requirements.
Our approach
We assessed the Trust's existing Microsoft 365 environment and data governance setup, then designed and implemented a Copilot rollout specifically configured to stay within NHS and GDPR compliance boundaries.
The result
Staff gained access to GenAI tools for everyday tasks, with the rollout remaining fully compliant with NHS and GDPR standards throughout.
